All available shipping methods are displayed and automatically calculated at checkout, after the customer’s details have been entered. Multiple shipping options are available for most European countries. 

 

Free Shipping:  

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

• Portugal: Orders over €30

During Free Shipping promotional campaigns, the applicable minimum order values are automatically updated at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Average delivery times are as follows:

• Portugal & Spain: 1–2 business days

• Azores & Madeira: 6–10 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

For shipments outside the European Union, additional time may be required for customs clearance procedures.

 

Prices and Taxes:  

All prices shown include VAT at the legally applicable rate.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable to shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

  

Order Processing:  

All orders are processed within a maximum of five business days after order confirmation.

At checkout, each available shipping method displays the respective estimated delivery time and associated cost.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may experience slight delays.

Preparation & Shipping

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number.
