Returns
We offer a flexible return policy to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage. Personalized and/or engraved items are not eligible for return.
Once we have received the returned items and verified that they comply with our return policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, according to the customer’s preference. Items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with no signs of use, moisture, or damage.
We are unable to offer free returns.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit or held at customs.
After receiving the returned items, please allow 1 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed (excluding shipping costs).
Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange period from the date of delivery. This allows you sufficient time to review your items and request an exchange if they do not meet your expectations.
Once we receive the returned pieces, store credit will be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs), which may be used toward a new purchase.
If our inspection determines that the items have been worn or altered, the exchange will not be accepted, and the items will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
Return Shipping Costs
Portugal
The return service has a cost of €5 and is carried out by CTT Express.
Alternatively, you may choose another carrier; in that case, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Other Countries
The return service may be carried out via CTT Express or UPS.
The cost is €15 for European Union countries and €25 for countries outside the European Union.
