This page contains the terms and conditions for purchasing from GABRIEL RIBEIRO. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any item. You should understand that by purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order with GABRIEL RIBEIRO, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have the permission of an adult to purchase from us) and accept these terms and conditions which apply to all orders placed or to be placed with GABRIEL RIBEIRO for the sale or supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to and signed by us.

Prices  

We make every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our website are correct. However, we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.  

 

The price shown on the website is always the applicable price, in case of error in any of our channels.  

 

Delivery  

After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and details by email. Average transit times are between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the destination (please consider the extra time for your customs clearance and remember that if you choose a pre-order item, this period will only start after shipment). We are based in Portugal (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs costs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.  

 

Shipments Rejected  

If you choose to refuse the order, you will be responsible for any fees the order may incur and the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be deducted from the total refund of your order.  

 

Customer Complaints  

We make every effort to respond to all customer complaints or questions within a maximum of 5 business days.  

 

Force Majeure  

Events that occur outside of GABRIEL RIBEIRO's control and that are not foreseeable should be considered force majeure events, meaning that GABRIEL RIBEIRO is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. An example of this type of event is a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fire or floods, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of supply from suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.  

 

Payment  

All products remain the property of GABRIEL RIBEIRO until payment is made. The price applied is the one set on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18, you must have the approval of an adult to purchase from GABRIEL RIBEIRO. All transactions conducted through GABRIEL RIBEIRO are handled and processed by dedicated third-party security firms to ensure your protection. Your card information is not stored, and all card information is transmitted using SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method for the transaction, as they will be responsible for the transaction.  

 

Local Taxes  

Please keep in mind that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may apply, depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

 

Returns  

All returns must reach our office within a maximum of 14 days after we have received them.

 

Fraud  

GABRIEL RIBEIRO reserves the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud in order to guarantee the security of our consumers' transactions through our online services. GABRIEL RIBEIRO reserves the right to resort to all legal remedies to deal with any violation or disrespect of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the website and/or forward information about transactions to the authorities or payment providers. Individuals who violate the restriction of password-protected areas on the website may be subject to legal action.
