When placing an order at GABRIEL RIBEIRO, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have an adult's permission to purchase from us) and accept these terms and conditions which apply to all orders placed or that will be placed at GABRIEL RIBEIRO, to the sale or supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your legal rights. No other terms or amendments to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed and signed by us.

Pricing  

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However, we reserve the right to change them without notice.  

 

The price indicated on the website is always the applicable price, in the event of an error on any of our channels.  

 

Delivery  

After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Average transit times are between 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination (consider the extra time for your customs check and don't forget that if you choose a pre-order item, this period will only start after shipping ). We are based in Portugal (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs charges will be applied to orders delivered to European Union countries.  

 

Refused Shipments  

If you choose to refuse the order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and the cost of shipping it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund for your order.  

 

Customer Complaints  

We make an effort to respond to all customer complaints or questions within a maximum period of 5 working days.  

 

Force Majeure  

Events that occur beyond the control of GABRIEL RIBEIRO and that are not predictable must be considered force majeure events, meaning that GABRIEL RIBEIRO is free from its obligations to comply with contractual agreements. An example of this type of event is a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fire or floods, sabotage, accident, war, natural accidents, strikes or lack of supply by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.  

 

Payment  

All products remain the property of GABRIEL RIBEIRO until payment is made. The price applied is the one defined on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before confirming purchase. If you are under 18 you must have the approval of an adult to purchase from GABRIEL RIBEIRO. All transactions conducted through GABRIEL RIBEIRO are handled and transacted by third parties dedicated to leaks so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SLL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction as they will be responsible for the transaction made.  

 

Local taxes  

Please note that local fees (sales tax, customs fees) may occur depending on your region and your local customs duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

 

Returns  

All returns must reach our office within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving them. We do not accept exchanges.  

 

Fraud  

GABRIEL RIBEIRO reserves the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud in order to guarantee the security of our consumers' transactions through our online services. GABRIEL RIBEIRO reserves the right to resort to all remedies provided by law to deal with any violation or disrespect for these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the website/or forward information about transactions to authorities or suppliers of payments. Individuals who violate the restriction of password protected areas on the site may be subject to legal action.
