Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange purchased products, provided they comply with the conditions outlined in our return and exchange policy.


Returns of Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers have the right to request a return or exchange. All costs associated with the return will be covered by GABRIEL RIBEIRO.


Return Period

Returned products must be received at our offices within 14 days of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged products.


Refund Process

Once we receive the returned products and verify that they comply with our return policy, a refund for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be issued. Refunds can be made to the original payment method or as store credit, according to the customer’s preference.


Order Cancellation

During promotional campaigns, such as Black Friday, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. Outside of these periods, customers may cancel an order within one hour of placing it by sending an email to info@gabrielribeirojewelry.com.

 Cancellations are free of charge.


Exceptions

Personalized and/or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or damage.


Liability

GABRIEL RIBEIRO is not responsible for returned products lost in transit or at customs. We recommend that customers obtain tracking information when returning items.
