Refund Policy

Return and Exchange  
Customers have the right to return or exchange purchased products, as long as they comply with the conditions established in our return and exchange policy.

Return of Defective or Damaged Products  
If the product received is damaged or presents a manufacturing defect, customers have the right to request its return or exchange. All costs associated with the return will be borne by GABRIEL RIBEIRO.  

Return Deadline  
Returned products must be received at our offices within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged products.  

Refund Process  
Once we receive the returned products and verify that they comply with our return policy, a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued. Refunds can be made to the account used at the time of purchase or via store credit, depending on the customer's preference.  

Order Cancellation  
During discount campaigns, such as Black Friday, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. Outside of these conditions, customers can cancel an order up to one hour after placing it by sending an email to CTT Express. Cancellation will be free.  

Exceptions  
Customized and/or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or damage.  

Responsibility  
GABRIEL RIBEIRO is not responsible for returned products lost in the mail or at customs. We recommend that customers collect tracking information when returning products.
